Return and Refund Policy

At Slynto LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your musical instruments and equipment. We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.

30-Day Return Window 

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Returned with all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return 

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@slynto.com or call us at +1 (561) 582-4439 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs 

Slynto LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns within the 30-day window. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fee 

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refund Process 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items 

While most items are returnable, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

• Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

Order Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping (typically within 1-2 business days), we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already shipped, you may need to initiate a return once you receive the item.
