Order Processing
All orders placed on slynto.com are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Undeliverable Packages
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, Slynto LLC reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of re-shipping the item. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Returned with all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs
