Order Processing

All orders placed on slynto.com are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Destinations

Slynto LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, Slynto LLC reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of re-shipping the item. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Slynto LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@slynto.com for assistance.
